As your Realtor, I always have a current list of available properties for you to check out. If you don't see it listed, ask! My off-market MLS list is bigger than my listed one. Bringing a buyer means relationships with other high-producing Agents, well-connected individuals and just being a talker- and I have all of the above skills naturally. Marketing is more than just signage and social media, it is representing you 24/7.

Once you are our Client you are my responsibility and if my name is on it it's going to get done correctly.
From top-tier marketing, (print, social, online) to staging, to even painting and landscaping and property management- The 6% means full service with me. For those who don't know, the 6% gets to split a couple of times: 2.4% will always go to the Buyer's Agent/Broker, and 3.6% remains for my Brokerage to pay me according to my agreement with them. I have that 3.6% cover all of these listed extras in all but the most extreme cases; expenses cost me $1000-$4500 per listing (staging and marketing can very expensive) but I only get paid WHEN I sell your home, and I do it TO sell your home.
If you are trying to save money on a budget service, you will actually sell for far less...the upgrade to full service with me is a no-brainer with all my inclusions.
I believe you deserve better and you should too.
I'll wager my own time, effort, energy, and assets on it. I take my responsibility very seriously and while it may change my bottom line from the agents who 'take it easy' also creates a different level of service, and that is how I like to run my business. I shelter my clients from stress and risk while providing maximum market impact and getting them top dollar for the property. Try finding that from a discount broker....or a different full-service one for that matter. It's a hard job when you do it right but results speak.
