From top-tier marketing, (print, social, online) to staging, to even painting and landscaping and property management- The 6% means full service with me. For those who don't know, the 6% gets to split a couple of times: 2.4% will always go to the Buyer's Agent/Broker, and 3.6% remains for my Brokerage to pay me according to commission split. I have that 3.6% cover all of these listed extras in all but the most extreme cases; expenses cost me $1000-$4500 per listing (staging is very expensive) but I only get paid WHEN I sell your home, and I do it TO sell your home if you are trying to save money on a budget service the upgrade to full service with me is a no-brainer...I believe you deserve better and you should too.
I'll wager my own time, effort, energy, and assets on it. I take my responsibility very seriously and while it may change my bottom line from the agents who 'take it easy' also creates a different level of service, and that is how I like to run my business. I shelter my clients from stress and risk while providing maximum market impact and getting them top dollar for the property. Try finding that from a discount broker....or a different full-service one for that matter!

On a grander scale, the world is a big place. I speak Italian fluently and with dual Sammarinese citizenship would love to sell Villas eventually to my clientele here in the states as I can negotiate in Italian and have connections with relatives on-site to help keep a current handle on the market.
