As your Realtor, I always have a current list of available properties for you to check out. If you don't see it listed, ask! Sophia's off-market MLS list is sometimes bigger than her listed one. Bringing a buyer means relationships with other high-producing Agents, well-connected individuals and just being a talker- and Sophia has all of the above skills naturally. Marketing is more than just signage and social media, it is representing you 24/7.

As Team Lead Sophia takes her responsibilities very seriously and while it may change her bottom line and lifestyle from the agents who 'take it easy' it also creates a different level of service, and Real Estate is a Professional Service which should if done correctly at a high volume with attention to detail is an full time PLUS 80 hour a week job for the Team Lead who then pays contractors and employees in addition to the work that cannot be delegated.
As agents at SBRG we shelter our clients from stress and risk while providing maximum market impact and getting them top dollar for the property. Try finding that from a discount broker....or a different full-service one for that matter. It's a difficult profession when you do it correctly t but results speak. From top-tier marketing, (print, social, online) to staging, to even painting and landscaping and property management- The 6% means full service with me. For those who don't know, the 6% gets to split a couple of times: 2.4% will always go to the Buyer's Agent/Broker, and 3.6% remains for the Brokerage to pay the agent according to the split agreement with them.
We have that 3.6% cover all of these listed extras in all but the most extreme cases; expenses cost $1000-$2500 per listing (staging and marketing can very expensive) but we do it TO sell your home and it works..marketing is just the beginning, negotiating an offer to closing is where the real work begins.
If you are trying to save money on a budget service, you will actually sell for far less...the upgrade to full service with SBRG is a no-brainer.
We believe you deserve better and you should too.
