Sean began his real estate career in 2016 while pursuing a bachelor’s degree at the University of Wisconsin–Madison, working as a Leasing Agent for a local student housing company. Over the next several years, he built deep expertise in student housing and property management with respected firms such as Greystar, BMOC, Inc., and Colliers International, gaining hands-on experience in multi- and single-family property acquisition, value-add renovations, and day-to-day operations.

Growing up in Brookfield and later living in Milwaukee’s Lower East Side, Riverwest, Walker’s Point, and now Wauwatosa, Sean developed an extensive understanding of the many unique neighborhoods and investment opportunities throughout Southeastern Wisconsin. That neighborhood knowledge, combined with years of on-site management experience, led him to launch his own boutique property management and interior design company, Casper Ventures. Through Casper Ventures, Sean manages Airbnb, residential, and long-term rentals and offers interior design services for fully furnished homes, working alongside his partner Luis to provide design finish selections, furnishings, remodeling coordination, and guidance on new construction projects.

Sean then expanded his real estate skill set by transitioning into sales as a licensed real estate agent, using his property management background to help buyers and investors evaluate homes not just as places to live, but as long-term assets. Today, he carries that same “operator’s mindset” into the mortgage world as a nationwide Loan Officer with Novus Home Mortgage, with a focus on first-time homebuyers and construction or renovation financing. 

Whether clients are buying their first home, funding a rehab, or optimizing a rental portfolio, Sean’s combined experience in management, design, sales, and lending allows him to connect every piece of the puzzle and advocate strategically at each step.

In January 2023, Sean purchased his first property with just 3.5% down using an FHA loan and, within 24 months, leveraged the equity from that home to close on his third property. That personal journey shapes how he educates and empowers clients, showing them how to use real estate as a tool to build wealth rather than just a place to live.
